While height is might in the NBA, there have been plenty of small players who defied the odds and made it among the giants.

Nate Robinson, at 5-foot-9, won the Slam Dunk Contest three times and had a successful career averaging 11.0 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game.
Isaiah Thomas, standing at 5-foot-8, proved to be one of the NBA's best scorers during his prime, averaging 28.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game.
Spud Webb, at 5-foot-6, played 12 seasons in the NBA and made a name for himself by winning the Slam Dunk Contest in 1986, defeating the legendary Dominique Wilkins.
