Cameron Sperance is a senior hotels reporter at TPG. A Memphis, Tennessee, native now based in Boston, he has spent over a decade as a business reporter covering everything from real estate to travel. Since joining TPG, he has covered luxury hotels in Cannes, France; explored hidden food gems in Bangkok; tested out the hotel membership club scene in Edinburgh, Scotland; and more.
Cameron previously covered the hotel industry for publications like Skift and Bisnow. He is also a former guidebook writer who has authored three editions of the Moon Boston travel guides. His work and commentary have been featured in Barron's, The Boston Globe, the Boston Herald, The New York Times and The Washington Post, and he serves on the National Association of Real Estate Editors' board of directors.
